Although Selangor Properties Berhad (SPB) was officially incorporated on October 12, 1963, the company's roots can be traced back to a decade earlier. SPB's original launching pad comprises the UK Heights and Bukit Tunku projects.
Over the years SPB has evolved and grown along with the changing economic tides. SPB was listed on Bursa Malaysia's Main Board on November 6, 1963 and today, SPB's principal activities are property and investment holding as well as property development.
The company has successfully cultivated its impeccable reputation by maintaining high standards in quality and professionalism.
